We currently ship within the United States. For international or wholesale orders, please contact us.
Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Returns
Because Staccio is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened pouches. If your order arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
